Diane Louise

I live in the North West of England with my lovely Hubby and 2 fabulous grown up children, along with our beautiful big bundle of gorgeousness, Mutley, our black Labrador dog, who brings so much fun to our household.
I have been paper crafting since 1998 when a friend introduced me to the world of decoupage, I fell in love with card making and very quickly became addicted to my hobby... The best thing though was opening my Blog called Diane Louise's Favourite Cards and finding Blogland and Challenge Blogs, which inspired me to try new techniques and styles of cards. I have made so many lovely crafty friends along the way. I own so much crafty stuff now that we really do need to move into a bigger house :o) I also belong to design teams over at 'Moving Along With The Times', 'Scribbles Designs' and 12 Months of Christmas Link Up Challenge Blog.

I've been crafting since 2011, I was in hospital for nearly a year and another patient brought in a card-making kit to pass the time, and allowed me to join her, I fell in love with the craft, and the rest is history! I found blogland shortly afterwards and the addiction truly began :P I learned so many new things from so many talented people, and have made some wonderful friends through card-making. I used to make cards a lot as a child as well, so I suppose it was just a natural development really :) When I was a child though, I only had one cardboard box under my bed for my craft stuff, now I have three chests-of-drawers, an 8' long desk and a chair with my printer on it - my dream is a craftshed, hopefully some day!
I'm also a member of the All Dressed Up Facebook Team. My own blog is Crafts By Tags and I've been blogging there since early 2012. Aside from card-making, I'm studying Biopharmaceutical Science in college and absolutely loving it. I'm also Harry Potter obsessed and live for my trips to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando - most magical place in the world!

Hello there, I am Lisa. and I live near Rochester in Kent, in the South of England. I live with my husband, and our children who are 15 & 18, we have two dogs and a cat. For the last ten years I have worked part-time in a large D.I.Y store.
I have always enjoyed having something to do with my hands, when I was a very little girl it was cutting and sticking paper dolls, in my late teens I discovered Cross-stitch but started more projects than I ever completed. In 2004 I was invited to take part in a "mum's" class at my kids school where we learned how to make cards using the serif programme, and got to use a pretty early version of a Sizzix machine - and that was it for me, I was hooked and the small plastic box in my dining room with a couple of rolls of double sided tape and some paper grew into a three drawer trolley...and on and on from there. I tend to prefer making cards using Digi stamps, although I do enjoy rubber stamps too. I also enjoy colouring and die cutting too. but having started off using my pc as part of my crafting, I still spend a lot of time at the pc, creating sentiments and all sorts of things like that.
Aside from being a Crafty Friends teamie, I also run The Cutie Pie challenge, where I started as a regular guest teamie, then became the sponsorship co-ordinator and the finally took over a couple of years ago. My own blog is one happy little crafter which I think sums me up!

Hi all, My route in crafting started pretty standard with 3D images and some folding cards over 10 years ago. Since then I tried many different techniques which makes it fun as you are constantly learning. My favorite technique is stitching, but I still try to vary.
The chance of being part of this wonderful Crafty Friends design team brought me in contact with using digi stamps and I love it. Next to the Crafty Friends challenge blog I am on the design team of Ann's Paper Art (stitching patterns). My personal blog: Card Blanche
So this is me, Wendy L, Spanish Crafter.I dont have any close up pics of myself, this was taken in Majorca afew years ago. We moved to Spain in 2010 after OH took early retirement. So I was in my early 50's and very lucky to be able to do this. Originally I am from the North West of England, a small village called Halsall, then lived in Birkdale near Southport. I love living here but I do miss my two sons and now, my Grandkids too. I can craft as much as I want and give loads of cards to charities here in Spain. One is an Animal charity and the other is a friend of mine that runs a group that raises and donates money to different charities like Cancer Research and Help the Heroes.
I have my own blog called Spanish Crafter. I took over the running of Moving Along With The Times Challenge blog last year. On the design team for Allsorts, Craft Rocket, Crafty Friends and guest design for Penny Black and More.
I started out with decoupage and still love doing this but my hands are getting worse with arthritis, so cutting out gets more difficult. Love die cutting, making flowers, knitting, crochet. Getting into scrapbooking, got about 4 on the go and trying to complete my own world travels one first, then I will move onto the grand kids. Well thats me, warts and all. Wendy L xxxxx
